night lighting at Mount Rushmore, the Laser Light show at
Crazy Horse or hanging out by our nightly campfires at our firepit.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
(Scroll to bottom for Sturgis week policy)
We will ask for a credit card to secure your reservation. No charges
will be incurred at the time of your reservation.
We request a 24 hour notice if you must cancel your reservation.
That means that we must receive your cancellation by 4:00pm the day
before your scheduled date of arrival.
If you cancel within 24 hours, one night's stay will be
charged to your credit card.
If your scheduled stay is over 6 nights, cancellation must be made
5 days prior to your date of arrival by 4:00pm
or a one night's stay will be charged.
If you are a no-show, your credit card will be charged
a one night stay.
Large groups renting three units or more we request
a 2 week cancellation notice.
Cancellation within 2 weeks you will be charged for one night stay
for all units reserved.
No shows---same policy as above.
If you think that you will be arriving later than 10:00 pm,
please let us know. Thanks.

STURGIS RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY
Since most guests reserve months before the Sturgis Rally
we ask for a 50% deposit by March 1st and the balance paid
in full by May 1st for your total stay.
We require a 30 day cancellation notice to receive a full refund.
15 - 29 days cancellation before your arrival,
you will receive 50% of your total stay.
Any cancellation within the 15 days prior to your arrival
will mean a total forfeit of your reservation funds.
